Routine Maintenance

All properties managed by iLet Homes are serviced by our retained team of expert and qualified contractors.

For specialist repairs we have excellent relationships with local partners covering heating and plumbing, painting and decorating, damp proofing, roof repairs and electricial repairs and testing. All gas repairs are carried out by time-served Gas Safe Registered technicians.

Emergencies

We provide a 24 hour service for all types of emergency repair.

Pre-Occupancy

Before a property is let a check for any repairs is carried out. Where necessary the repairs will be effected before the property is let.
