Hull City Council Fast track System for LHA Claimants

Claims for Local Housing allowance can be a lengthy and complicated process. We have direct links to the Benefits Section at Hull City Council, allowing us to make appointments for tenants to attend straight after signing their Tenancy Agreement. Claims are then processed immediately with no back-log so that Landlords get paid straight away.

Fair and reasonable fees

Our fees are split to make it even easier to apply for a property. We only require £45 Referencing fee up front, along with your application form.

The £45 fee will then hold the property (subject to referencing) and should anything go wrong, this is all that you lose. We then require a £90 administration fee on move day to cover the cost of preparing your tenancy.
