Our fees are split to make it even easier to apply for a property. We only require £45 Referencing fee up front, along with your application form.
The £45 fee will then hold the property (subject to referencing) and should anything go wrong, this is all that you lose. We then require a £90 administration fee on move day to cover the cost of preparing your tenancy.
